The Spring Powered BBB guns have to be manually cocked by the users. When such a BB gun is cocked a spring inside the piston is compressed which makes an airtight seal when released. As soon as the trigger is pulled, the piston gets released, which creates a high pressure area behind the BB that is then projected down the barrel and moves out toward the target. The Spring Powered BB guns have to be cocked each time before they are shot. They are really safe and are much less expensive than other models.
Electric Airsoft BB guns
These are the type of Airsoft BB guns that are most commonly used in the various sport events. Such a BB gun does not require manual cocking as it is done automatically. These guns use a rechargeable battery pack.
I had a doubt between Spring Powered BB Guns and Electric Airsoft BB guns. These guns are though like a toy but they can hurt a lot or even kill a person. So better beware while using any BB gun. Get firearms training from MA Firearms School before owning any gun.
